Nursing Home Ministry
Our Nursing Home Ministry serves the Catholic residents at facilities in League City. Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion in coordination with our Parish Deacons conduct a weekly Communion Service. When possible, Holy Communion is taken to the rooms of the residents that are unable to gather publicly.
If you have a loved one at a Nursing Home, contact us so we can make our Ministry teams aware of their presence. -
Homebound Ministry
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion bring Holy Communion to Parishioners that are homebound. When possible, these Ministers will spend time conversing and visiting with them as well.
If you have a loved one who is homebound, please contact us so we can make arrangements to come see them.

If you are interested in serving in either of these ministries, please contact us. Both of these ministries provide those who cannot attend Mass an opportunity to receive Our Lord, and to know that our Church community cares about each of them in a very special way.
