Deaconrcarroll56comcast.netRussell G. Carroll was born in 1956 in Wichita, Kansas. He and his wife Diana K. Carroll have been happily married for thirty years. They moved to League City in 1993 from Newark, Delaware and became members of St. Mary in 1994. They have two adult children, Ashley and Nathan, and a grandson, Knox. Russ graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in Wilmington, Delaware then earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wilmington University and a Master of Business Adminstration from the University of St. Thomas. He was employed by The Boeing Company for thirty-four years, retiring in May 2012. He is presently enrolled at the University of St. Thomas School of Theology at St. Mary Seminary pursuing a Diploma in Pastoral Theology, following which he will be ordained into the Permanent Diaconate in early 2015.
